We are pleased to announce that Ben Hanuka co-presented about 2018 case developments at the recent Annual Franchise Law Conference of the Ontario Bar Association, which was held on November 13, 2018 in Toronto.
The conference is annually attended by the franchise legal practitioners in Ontario and beyond. Ben Hanuka’s topic, Legal and Legislative Update, analyzed key case law developments and trends in 2018, and was one of the key plenary sessions at the all-day conference.
