Law Works PD Course and Webinar Policies

Terms of course and webinar registration, cancellation, attendance, grading and successful completion.

All webinars and courses are delivered by Law Works Professional Development, a division of Law Works Professional Corporation.

SHORT AND INTENSIVE COURSES

Payment:
Payment is required by credit card in full before the start of the course.

All prices are subject to value added tax (HST, GST, etc.) based on the registrant’s province or territory.

Substitution:
Substitution of registrants is permitted at any time before the start of the course (assuming all course pre-requisites are met).

Cancellation – Short Courses:
If you are unable to find a substitute, a full refund of the course registration fee, less a $100 administration fee, is available if a cancellation request is received in writing 14 days before the program start date.

No other refund is available. Payment in full is required for registrants to receive access to the program.

Cancellation – Intensive Courses:
If you are unable to find a substitute, a full refund of the course registration fee, less a $300 administration fee, is available if a cancellation request is received in writing 30 days before the program date.

No other refund is available. Payment in full is required for registrants to receive access to the program.

Attendance – Intensive Courses:
Regular and punctual attendance is required for all classes.

Registrants are allowed to miss up to three classes. If you miss a class, it is your responsibly to contact Law Works PD to obtain a recording of the class to view before the next scheduled class.

Grading – Intensive Courses:
Successful completion requires a pass grade of over 60%.

RECORDED WEBINARS

All sales are final.
