We are looking for an exceptionally sharp legal thinker with a passion for deep legal analysis and persuasive writing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the intellectual challenge of commercial litigation and is eager to develop expertise in a niche, high-stakes area of law.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation from any Canadian jurisdiction
- Experience in franchise litigation is not necessary, but strong legal reasoning and writing skills are essential
- Primary focus: Legal analysis, strategic case development, and high-level written advocacy
